wait! Freakgirl! won't you share your recipe for margarita cupcakes? And what would they taste like sprinkled in crushed pretzels...or, dare I even DARE to hope, coarsely ground salt?
ayun, I made the recipe up. I used my favorite vanilla cake recipe. I added less milk, and made up the difference with lime juice and a splash of tequila. Same with the buttercream. I also put lime zest in both. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I don't remember!
I was tempted to put salt on them but I was scared! I bet it would have been wonderful, though.
