From Retro Bakery Las Vegas, these are Peanut Butter Cup (peanut butter buttercream) and Chocolate Coconut (coconut buttercream) cupcakes. They've also got a blog, Building a Bakery, which might be worth checking out for those of you contemplating open up one of your own. So far it's mostly about the logistics of the bakery business but you can check out their Flickr stream for the photos. They aren't open yet but as soon as they are, we'll let you know (and probably can have Allison report back to us in February on how they taste!).
