Chocolate cupcake lollipops!

These just may be the cutest cupcake-related item I've ever seen...love them! From Bakerella, via Flickr, where she has more awesome photos.

Candy covered, cupcake-shaped cake pops. Inside is chocolate cake and cream cheese frosting mixed together.

SOOO adorable!! I'm totally trying these for my 5-yo's birthday. (She doesn't like my frosting. hmph.) Any suggestions how to display / serve at a party? I was thinking no sticks, but how do you get the cute 2-layer top/bottom look of a cupcake without it?
