i made these cover cupcakes for easter! they are DELICIOUS!!!! very light. great icing. makes about double the icing you actually need fyi. not really a problem for me! :) haha.

I also made the lemon cream cheese cupcakes featured on the magazine cover. They were so easy and tasty. The cake is very light and spongy. I topped my cupcakes with strawberry halves and mint leaves.
