Well, our reader Lili told us about TheSweetSpot on Etsy, which sells something they call CakeCups, which are cupcakes packaged in "an eco-friendly cup with a secure lid and also placed in a box for extra security." We haven't tried them yet so can't tell you about them personally, but they look great.
