Yes, I'm calling this one the PMS CHOCOLATE OVERLOAD cupcake because even my chocolate loving hubby said "My gosh, this is really chocolaty!!!!" !!!! So this cupcake goes beyond the normal realm of every day chocolate cake and into a new unexplored universe of deep dark ooey gooey chocolate euphoria!!!!!Lol!!! I bake this sinfully rich Scharffen Berger chocolate cupcake on top of crumbled Oreo cookies and semi sweet chocolate chunks, then top the batter off once more with an extra helping of MORE Oreo and chips!!!!! Immoral..I know! If that's not enough I then top the cake with sweet, creamy Nielsen-Massey vanilla buttercream frosting...and wait....it wouldn't be PMS relief worthy without and extra sprinkle of crushed Oreo on top! This one is defiantly not for the weak of heart!!LOL!!
