When i think of winter(which is definitely on it's way) i think of Pears so I adapted this from an Australian Women's Weekly Recipe. It's a buttercake which i added some stewed fresh pear,Cardamon and mixed spices to. And i topped it off with Pistachio Buttercream. The Pistachio paste was quite fiddly to make but it was worth it. It matched perfectly with the Pears.
