Cupcakes from Joy the Baker

First of all, Stef from the must-read cupcake baking site Cupcake Project just launched a new site called Food Interviews. I'm a fan of food, and of Q&A interviews, so I was sold from the start.

That being said, I mostly read cupcake blogs, as opposed to general food blogs, unless it's about another niche food that I'm really into, or I'll look at Serious Eats or browse a specific site if I need to find information or a restaurant.

So one I had apparently missed was TasteSpotting, but was reminded of it by Stef's interview with Sarah J. Gim of TasteSpotting.

I surfed on over there and found, well, food porn. And oodles of cupcakes. (You have to search for cupcakes, I can't seem to link to that search.)

One of the sites I found, that I had visited in the past, but not for a while, is Joy the Bakery, and I can isolated her cupcake posts for you.
