Cupcake Proportions - An inside look at Cupcakes by Joy

After watching almost fifty of these cupcakes disappear with a content murmur at our recent cupcake picnic, I wanted to share a peak inside each cupcake to show the careful proportions. We've all remembered cupcakes that are almost mouthfuls of only cake, or practically flopping over from too much frosting. I think that's why filled cupcakes have such appeal, because they break up each bite into a balanced mix of different elements.
