Being from British Columbia, these cupcakes were inspired by beautiful Whistler Blackcomb mountain. 'The Whistler' has a chocolate base filled with molten marshmallow, topped with a chocolate buttercream with a light sprinkling of shredded coconut. A day on the slopes has never been so delicious!
