Vanilla cupcake topped with caramel vanilla buttercream, caramel corn and drizzled with a caramel sauce.

And yes, according to the big list of food holidays, today, April 30th, is indeed National Caramel Corn Day! (Don't worry, there won't be a test.)

That list says that April 6th is Caramel Popcorn Day....And April 30th is National Raisin Day. Right?
