I'm glad these have frosting! When we did the cupcake meetup at Cupcake in Minneapolis in February, I was all excited to eat this:
And it was good, don't get me wrong...but it was basically a Rice Krispie treat with sprinkles which, in my opinion, doesn't really count as a cupcake!
