Yesterday, I watched the World Cup Final at the Black Horse Pub, the place where I have watched many matches this past month. I am little sad that World Cup is over, but I can look forward to Euro Cup in 2012. My friend Rosie Schaap is a big fan of the Dutch team, and she made carrot cake cupcakes using a Martha Stewart recipe.
She decorated them with orange sprinkles and orange colored coconut, and they were delicious! In addition to baking excellent cupcakes, she also has blogging about the World Cup for NPR.
