I have never heard of steamed cupcakes before, but they sure are cute. La Receta De La Felicidad used a steamer to make these adorable cupcakes, but says a frying pan might work as well. Originally, this picture caught my eye when I saw the polka dots and the cute colors. After reading the blog post, it seems much easier than I thought it would be!
