Some days are quiet over here in Cupcakes Take The Cakeland, but today is a busy one.
In the mail I got a copy of The Cake Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum. The Cake Bible is in its 50th printing and 25th anniversary. I will be interviewing Rose for the blog, so stay tuned.
I am baking pumpkin spice cupcakes for tomorrow's neighborhood fish fry and flea market.
I am using Camisoni vanilla extract for the buttercream frosting.
