cute little place if you are a mommy spending a nice day with the kids.Or a queer spending the day with other fudgepackers. Rumor has it's owners are very gay.AS far as the cupcakes go i'd rather eat ring dings ,yankee doodles or entermans better tasting and better buy for the money. This place is seriously overpriced. There lucky if the place is open til december. This isn't the village! Hello and wake up this is Brooklyn people want a deal not overpriced pillsbury in disguise.

I wish the blog maintainer would remove the above comment, which is offensive, illiterate, and mean-spirited.

that post should be deleted. this is a realy nice place and great for families and little kids parties or even my thirtieth party. the cupcakes are a buck fifty but they are delicious! light and fluffy and o' so gooood! they WILL last past december and most likely be a neighborhood staple for years to come. VIVA LA CUPCAKE!

Nice looking place, service was decent for bay ridge standards but the product (aka- cupcakes and cake) were definitely overhyped and "fake" tasting. Too bad, I was really hoping it would be good. If anyone wants to taste really good high quality baked goods take a trip to red hook and try "Baked" it will be worth the trip.

The owners in that place treat customers like cattle. You wait in line for up to 15 minutes, they take your order, and you stand there for even longer waiting for it. Add to that how pricey this joint is and you get a headache. I visited there when they first opened and it was faster and they were more cordial. Such a shame to see it turn into this.

The atmosphere is charming and the offerings are divine. In fact, my cousins from out of state have made this locale THE destination when they visit. They have also made it clear that, when I visit them, they will expect a treat or two from Little Cupcake. The icebox cake takes me back to my greatgrandmother's kitchen and late July afternoons. Bravo.

i dont know why somebody posted that mean spirited comment, probably somebody from the other bakery down the block which keeps declining in quality. can i just tell you, the cupcakes and cakes are great here, the southern red velvet cake impressed my friend jj from the south (it still needs to be more moist she says, but thats her opinion). billy's and magnolia in nyc are snobby and overpriced, this is a brooklyn treat and i hope people in the ridge recognize, also their coffee is THE BEST on the strip.

HELLO...its sad but true, we live in a world thats full of haters that walk around miserable, ranting and raving about how messed up the world is....it's too bad they cant wake up and see how great life is.... it's they're own life and existence that is a complete waste.

I'm from Pennsylvania and wonder if anybody has Little Cupcake's recipe for Brooklyn Blackout Cake. It was great! And it's not like they'll be losing business if I make it at home...

Thanks
