Try a large star tip and just pipe it on. Tons of fun...and much yummier than piping deviled eggs or something icky like that.

I didn't make that cupcake, but I did take the photograph. And that was one damned fine cupcake.

Best of all for me, it was gluten-free! I can't eat gluten, but thanks to that bakery, I can eat cupcakes.
