Just when I think we know about all the cupcake bakeries there are to know about, we hear about more of them - sometimes from YOU, our lovely readers, sometimes from the bakeries, and sometimes via poking around the Internet. I discovered Portland's Cupcake Mama, which is great because I'm heading out there at the end of March and will add it to my list of cupcakes to try, in addition to Saint Cupcake.
