Not sure what kind they are - I thought coconut at first but can't quite tell. Eitehr way, they look delicious and don't have too much frosting.
I know many of us have a preference of cake vs. frosting; I like a very light layer of frosting, so I can get some with each bite, but am not overwhelmed by it.
