Magnolia Bakery Shut By The DOH

From Gawker via Eater, we learned that Magnolia Bakery has been closed today by the Department of Health.

Update: According to City Room, The Department of Health has authorized Magnolia Bakery to reopen as early as tonight.

Being the disadvantaged left coaster -- the bigger back story about Magnolia for me is the "change in ownership"...who owns Magnolia now and when did the sale occur? Does anyone know?
