Fictional cupcakes

This is Part 1 in an occasional series...if you've read about cupcakes in a novel, let us know!

Found this passage from the book Cold Feet, from the story "The Happiest Day Of Your Life" by Heather Swain. From Google Books. They're at Magnolia Bakery:

After twenty minutes we've got our cupcakes. Chocolate with chocolate frosting for Howell (who has frosting on his cuffs before he even takes a bite). White with chocolae frosting for Jane. White with buttercream frosting and sprinkles for Ben and me. We walk across the street to a litlte park that's full of couples and people with dogs and teenagers making out on the benches.

"Oh my God," I say as I take my first bite. "This is seriously the best cupcake I've ever had in my life." The buttercream frosting is soft and delicate but not too sweet. The top of the cupcake has just the tiniest crunch, but the bottom is airy and light. I take another bite and another.

"I don't even really like cupcakes," says Ben. He has frosting on the tip of his nose. "But this is ridiculously good."

Jane sits on Howell's knee and happily eats her cupcake. "You guys should have these at your wedding."

I lick my fingers and the paper wrapper. "I would," I say.

This definitely has to be fictional given the descriptions of Magnolia's cupcakes. Especially if the character claims that Magnolia's cupcakes are the best he's ever had...unless it's the only cupcake he's ever had, I suppose.
