Montreal bakery Crazy About Cupcakes has some wonderful photos up on Flickr. See our Crazy About Cupcakes interview here. The great thing about these is that you know whoever served them at their party had people talking about them for days, because these aren't just desserts, but mini works of art. Not all cupcakes have to aspire to that (you can still have people talking for days by making or serving really insanely delicious cupcakes), but I believe that the presentaion of the cupcake, the way they look, is at least as important as how they taste in terms of why they are so popuar. This blog wouldn't exist if cupcakes did not have this pull on people in terms of visual appeal.
