I have not seen this for myself yet, but will try to check it out this weekend - via Eater comes this photo of a hot cocoa and mini cupcake cart in NYC's Union Square holiday market. Sounds perfect for taking a break from the cold and the holiday shopping rush but...Eater commenter PstryB says:

I passed this stand the other day and those cupcakes are smaller than your standard mini cupcakes. These are tiny. Not worth the $

I have seen these at the Bryant Park Holiday market. The prices are a bit staggering at 4.50 for a hot chocolate, and 6 micro cupcakes for $6. Shocking. But colorful!

I had these cupcakes the other day.... They are very cute and yummy. Especially the peanut butter, and tie dye flavor! They are small, but I bought 5 for $5, and considering other cupcakes, I don't think it was too steep!
