Gorgeous and plentiful VEGAN cupcakes

More in my ongoing love affair with vegan cupcakes -- how lovely are these?

Paula's Birthday Cupcakes

From Eurovision Nicola, there are more than 100 chocolate raspberry vegan cupcakes with (quite bright) purple vanilla frosting topped with (edible) glittered fondant flowers. Recipe here.

What a beautiful birthday present!

I baked those cupcakes! :D Thank you for the lovely comments. I recommend trying out the recipe (it works well for big cakes too) as it's ludicrously easy and makes vegan friends feel included which can be hard with cakes and puddings sometimes...
I was the extremely lucky birthday girl / recipient of the choco-raspberry cupcakes from Nicola and Heather and may I just say, they tasted as super fabulous as they look :D I've still got some in my freezer - I'm sad already about finishing them all... and I am a purple princess, so the colours were at my request, right down to the purple edible glitter LOL. Thanks again N'n'H, you two are fabulous friends :) xxx

oh yum~'wacky cake' is my default cupcake recipe, with cold coffee instead of water! always yummy and easy enough that the kids can make it!

Dolly, coffee in place of cold water sounds fantastic! I will try that! :)
