Good lord, Stacie Joy, you are a brave woman! I missed the post where you must have told us what you are making these for. Is it a personal challenge or a competition? Good luck with the assembly and delivery...I can't imagine how you will carry them all! Looking forward to the pics! x Cat

What will you be doing with the cupcakes in between taking them out of the oven and filling/frosting them? Will freezing work? I will be making 700 cupcakes for a benefit coming up and I'm still debating how the cupcakes should be stored before frosting. Thank you!
