Google launches Cupcake, the update and the statue

I've been reading about Cupcake, Google's update to the Android OS, for months now, but since I barely know what the Android OS is (okay, scratch that, I have no freaking clue what it is), I sortof bypassed the umpteen stories that come up in, yes, Google and my Google news alerts every day. You may recall that when I visited Google's NYC cafeteria, I noted that they've had cupcake bakers such as Melissa Bushell of Baked by Melissa and Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito of Baked as guest chefs.

But I could not resist this post at Jess Loves Cupcakes of a giant cupcake outside at Google! How cool!

Android is the software that run on their phone(well, t-mobile G1). Cupcake is the codename their long awaited update.

I want a cupcake that size!
