Tee & Cakes takes 1st in Denver Cupcake Eating Contest.
Back in June Tee & Cakes had a cupcake eating contest and Jimmy "Jimin Eater" Mares lost by a narrow cupcake margin. And it was so close the sanctioning organization issues a sudden death elimination. Jimmy lost by just a little bit again. This never sat well with us, so we decided to sponsor his comeback in the competitive eating world for the Shoppe's 4th of July cupcake eating contest.
The rules state that there must be an eater: Jimmy. And an "assistant," which clearly would be Tee & Cakes co-owner and Cupcake Cram co-creator Brian Wood.

I love that there's a half! My stomach is also...well, not so happy contemplating what that must have been like. I highly doubt one can even taste, let alone enjoy, a cupcake when it's eaten as part of 24.5 others so fast.
