Sweet potato cupcakes? Interesting, very interesting. I'm on a sweet potato kick recently, and this is a twist I hadn't considered. They look wonderful.

Had a hard time finding sweet potato in DR, but I loved the recipe....and the marshmallow-pecan garnish was a hit! Will do again for Thanksgiving!
