"You mean Johnny Cupcakes doesn't sell cupcakes?" my friend asked as we drove along Melrose to the famed Los Angeles version of Johnny Cupcakes.
I laughed, only because I've heard plenty of stories and even witnessed irate customers upset with the store because they don't, in fact, sell cupcakes, but rather cupcake t-shirts, hoodies, notebooks, keychains, pencils and...snow tires, apparently. Here's some of what they had:

front door

mixing bowl in front to further add to customer confusion

cool fake stove

Looney Tunes collaboration

Nose picker pencils

I bought this bag and a few buttons that say Make Cupcakes Not War.

"Oven" at the back that's actually a door.
And most incongruous to see on a very hot day in LA...a snow tube!
