Often I see amazing-looking cupcakes online and know I will sadly probably never try them; they are too far away for me to get to. But this one is practically within arms' reach, an hour by train away...it looks so good! I may have to find out when it's on the menu again and schedule a trip. It's a chocolate caramel crunch cupcake by Flour & Sun Bakery in Pleasantville, New York, made with their homemade chocolate caramel popcorn over their vanilla cupcake.
And I couldn't resist this ballerina cupcake - I don't necessarily want to eat this one (too pretty!) but love to look at it. I would eat, oh, several of teh one above.
