When I first saw these Easter egg cupcakes, I didn't think they were cupcakes, but cookies...because they're both! You can find out the steps on how to make them over at Hoosier Homemade, where every Tuesday is Cupcake Tuesday (via Flickr). They're almond sugar cookies on top of chocolate cupcakes.
