Any German-speaking CTTC'ers out there?

I would love to know what this says. Also, wtf? Mickey D's w/cupcakes? I'm seeing this everywhere, but originally for me at least, via Grub Street.

I live in the East Village, not sure why we're cappuccino-flavored cupcakes though...

Update: A reader from Hamburg sent in this translation.

Chelsea

Chelsea once was hip, then it wasn’t, then it was again.Too fast? “Well, that’s New York.” My advice: Just relax, sit down by the harbor or the lake and enjoy your personal Chelsea experience with a chocolate cupcake.

East Village

This is the place where NY's famous artists are from. And here tourists look for new art in dozens of galleries. I now pretend to be Andy Warhol and explain everything I like about art, such as this cappuccino cupcacke: This is great art.

I am so not the best translator... 4 years in German class in HS lol... here is the best I can do - some I can't figure out lol I am sure this is far from accurate ;o)

Chelsea were awful times (why was it awful!? that can't be right). (then something) Was that too fast? Well, that's New York. My happy tip: Just relax on the harbor or simply sit by the lake and with a single chocolate cup cake and get your personal feeling about Chelsea...

East Village
Here the most famous artists come from New York. Tourists come looking for here in dozens of galleries for new art. I now ? Andy Warhol once and declare all that I like to art. This Cappuccino Cup for example: very rough (?) cake art....

Well... at least someone that knows German will have a good laugh at my try...

OK I too have HS german behind me-but I'll do my best. the title reads "The New Cupcake"

McCafe goes New York. With delicious cupcakes in the distictive flavors. Still more pleasant in the Big Apple? Here the ultimate insider tips for the New York holiday.
(the last sentence could read as: here are the insider tips for the ultimate new york holiday)

I admit I used google translate to help with some words.
still don't know the point of the poster...

I'm german. This is an advertising for cupcakes, which are sold in a fast food restaurant. The text contains nothing interesting or informative. It is only stupid advertising. It says:
"McCafé goes New York: With delicious cupcakes in four different flavors. Do you want more Big Apple? Here are four insider tips from 4 vacationers visiting New York."
Please don't take it seriously! It is only advertising, not a travelogue from real german tourists! ;-)

Here's a link to the page that has the McDonalds ad. It translates it word for word. Funny how some of the meaning is lost!
