These cupcakes are made with two cupcake batters; a graham cracker batter and a chocolate batter. You stick marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs in between the two layers and top with more graham cracker crumbs. The recipe also includes a semi-sweet chocolate ganache that you pour on top of the cupcakes.
