You may or may not be familiar with this new CRAZY cupcake fad that is springing up all over the country...
designed like a Wine Tasting only with delicious Cupcakes!
The concept for Cupcake Camp originated in San Francisco and promotes a true spirit of community and sharing. Cupcake Camps now happen around the world and come in a wide variety of flavors and sizes.
The most essential feature of a Cupcake Camp is that it brings together people to share their love of cupcakes! Cupcake Camps have been hosted in cities such as Boston, San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Paris, London and Montreal!
Cupcake Camp Santa Barbara is being presented by Cupcakes for Cancer, a non- profit created by 13 yr old Blakely Colvin. The event promises to be a delicious celebration of this small coveted treat-the CUPCAKE!
Completely volunteer run and organized in an open and participatory manner, our first Cupcake Camp Santa Barbara will be raising funds for Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation of Santa Barbara.
CUPCAKE CAMP SANTA BARBARA is expecting 500 to 800 attendees: families, brides to be, wedding and party planners-both professional and amateur and of course ... cupcake LOVERS!
So here is your chance to show off your Cupcakes and/or your business!
AND be a part of making a SWEET difference in a child's life with cancer!
TO PARTICIPATE:
There are many different ways to participate in CUPCAKE CAMP
* bake cupcakes to donate for the tasting (see: bakers)
* come to eat cupcakes and enjoy the cupcake activities (see: activities)
* help raise money for a good cause - suggested donation: $10
* be a sponsor (see: sponsorship packages)
No big hearted cupcake lover will be turned away. CUPCAKE CAMP SANTA BARBARA is all about sharing and celebrating cupcakes, community and creativity. Charity never tasted sweeter!
