Cupcake Liner Flowers

I am always at a loss as to what to do with the handful of leftover cupcake liners I inevitably have when trying to coordinate pretty liners with a specific recipe. This tutorial for making paper flowers provides a great solution for all of the orphan wrappers that have found home in the depths of my kitchen cabinets. It would also be a great solution for the pretty liners that end up not baking well -  you know the ones that don't quite fit the pan, peel away from the cupcake before you want them to, etc.

The possibilities for use of these flowers are endless - centerpieces for entertaining, added pizazz to gift wrap or a single flower in a bud vase to brighten a room - just to name a few! The stray liners from your holiday baking would make a lovely Fall centerpiece.
