Jim Henson Birthday Cupcakes

On Sept 24th, Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry opened the exhibit Jim Henson's Fantastic World on what would have been his 74th birthday. These awesome muppet cupcakes were at the museum's celebration that day.

I created these cupcakes with the help of my students from the Le Cordon College of Culinary Arts-Chicago. We donated 600 cupcakes to commemorate Jim Henson's 74th Birthday and the opening of the exhibit.
