With spring approaching, bright flavors like lemon are really starting to shine. These cupcakes are light and fluffy with a wonderful flavor and a soft, citrusy cream cheese frosting on top.
I'll be contributing these cupcakes (in miniature form) to an Alex's Lemonade Stand event in early April in Philadelphia.
