The overal concept is the same but oh the difference in deliciousness! Annie's Eats took a beautiful looking cupcake recipe and turned into a more portable, less messy and even more incredible treat!
The trick here is that you're not baking with cupcake pans, you're dropping batter by the spoonful onto cookie sheets, kind of like a cupcake cookie if you will. Frost them and you have pure perfection! Don't feel like you need to stick with this recipe either, this will work with any cupcake flavor and frosting combination!
