I have always loved cookies on top of cupcakes. I also love gingerbread cookies at Christmas time and I think these litle gingerbread men are super cute on top of these gingerbread cupcakes with cinnamon cream cheese icing.
I also think it's interesting that cupcakes can be inspired by tiny cookie cutters. That's what insipred Melissa at Melissa's Munchies to make these cupcakes!
