Honolulu bakery serves seasonal cupcake flavors Waialua fudge, pineapple rum and port wine cupcakes plus cute cupcake cakes

Hokulani Bake Shop in Honolulu, Hawaii, where I'll be on vacation in two weeks (if I'm overloading on Hawaiian cupcake posts, it's because I'm super excited about my first trip there and my first trip of 2012), is serving up some local cupcake flavor with Waialua Fudge (vanilla cupcake filled with Waialua fudge and topped with a fresh Orange Cream Cheese frosting) and pineapple and rum cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and port wine cupcakes (Port Wine Cupcake topped with Vanilla Butter Cream and drizzled with a Port Wine Reduction and a Port Wine soaked cherry). Don't tell anyone, but I don't even know what port wine is! When I first saw these I thought they were mock spaghetti and meatballs cupcakes. Via their Facebook page.

And because I'm a fan of cupcake cakes, especially the pull-apart ones, here's a few of their cakes, also via Facebook. The road is my favorite in part because I've never seen a custom cake in that shape and it just makes me want to see cupcake cars driving along it.

I've had the lilikoi at their Waikiki location, and it was fantastic.
