What could possibly be cuter than Oklahoma's own Cupcakes to Go Go's Melany Boughman's newborn (Rex!) wearing a cupcake (to go go) on his noggin? Melany confides that (king) Rex is now three months old and much bigger -- maybe he's ready to rock one of my personal faves, the I Heart PBC?
