Delightful Cupcakes In Dominican Republic

My friend Sara Chipps was just in Dominican Republic and she told me that she met Jackie, who runs the blog, Las Delicias del Buen Vivir. Jackie does cupcake baking tutorials and donates 50% of the revenue from her classes go towards a ministry at a local children's hospital. Cupcakes do good work all over the world!
