Why you may no longer be getting bakery updates on Facebook, and how to fix it, plus bonus Halloween cupcakes

Many cupcake bakeries are posting on Facebook to let you know how to see their pages after the recent changes on Facebook. Here's what Los Angeles custom cupcake company BlakeyCakes posted on their Facebook page (and the instructions you should follow for any blog, bakery or other Facebook page whose updates you always want to receive):
Hey all BlakeyCakes fans!!

Since Facebook is now asking page admins to pay $$ to promote their pages, only 10% of page fans receive the updates I post here. To receive ALL of my posts, you must do the following:

1) Go to my page.
2) Hover your mouse over where it says "LIKED" and click on "Add to Interests Lists"

By doing this, you will continue to receive ALL of my posts and my page will not be "removed" by Facebook from what shows up in your feed! Thank you very much! :)
Here are some of their Halloween pumpkin cupcakes. They're "Blood Red Velvet cake with an orange pumpkin frosted out of cream cheese frosting and edible ghoulish decorations." Find out more at blakeycakes.blogspot.com. To order, email blakeycakes_ at hotmail.com or call 818-577-8302.
