Hindu holiday Diwali is coming up on November 13th and Dubai bakery Sugaholic is taking pre-orders for their Diwali cupcakes. Here's a little more info from BBC: "The word Diwali means 'rows of lighted lamps'. Diwali is known as the 'festival of lights' because houses, shops and public places are decorated with small earthenware oil lamps called diyas."
