Last Week's Meetup at Prohibition Bakery

Last Sunday, we had a cupcake meetup at Prohibition Bakery, a bakery that makes cocktail inspired cupcakes. The bakery is located at 9 Clinton Street in the Lower East Side. Co-owner Leslie Feinberg was there to tell us about the cupcakes. There were seven people who came to the meetup, and everyone loved the cupcakes. All of the cupcakes at Prohibition are minis, so you would have to eat a lot to get drunk off of them! The most popular cupcake is the Beer and Pretzel, but I loved Car Bomb cupcake which is chocolate with whiskey icing. They also have For The Love Of Bacon cupcake which is for the bacon lovers.
