Spiced Apple Pie Cupcakes

It may still feel like summer in some places, but a lot of bakers and bloggers are transitioning into the fall flavors we all love. Caramel apple and pumpkin spice recipes are everywhere! I'm very okay with that. These Spiced Apple Pie Cupcakes were made by Baked by Rachel are topped with caramel frosting and have apple pie filling in the middle!
