I love this time of year because it reminds me of visiting my grandparents when I was younger and munching on caramel corn. I don't know where they got it, but they always had a giant tin of it. So not only do these cupcakes have little piles of caramel corn, candy corn and white chocolate chips on top, they're also caramel cupcakes with caramel frosting. Yum!
