Sin Azucar. Blogger IFeelCook made the cupcakes with tagatose. I have never used tagatose but it has a similar consistency as sugar. It is pretty expensive compared to sugar, but it is sold online by Nu Naturals. These cupcakes look just as tasty as ones that do have sugar.
