These cupcakes made to resemble coal may not look appetizing (thought I bet they're made with crushed Oreos - yum!), but they weren't meant to! Cupcakes got political last week in North Carolina when residents from all over the state took cupcakes like these to their State Representatives and Senators to urge them to "Say yes to the sweets, but not to the sweetheart deal" with Duke Energy and its questionable coal clean up programs.
