Halloween Cupcakes: Witch's Cauldron Cupcakes

I love these Halloween cupcakes made by Juli Jacklin. Chocolate cupcakes have vanilla and chocolate buttercream frosting. The witch's cauldrons are bubbling over with candy eyes, bones and gummy worms.
